About Nicole AllensworthBefore becoming a librarian, Nicole spent many years in non-profit administration, working mostly in the visual and literary arts. She has published fiction, poetry, and criticism and dabbled in printmaking, book arts, box arts and other maker-ly pursuits. She has worked as a freelance writer, language arts tutor, florist, jeweler, horse handler and goat wrangler. Her research interests include: libguides marketing, library instruction, and student learning in social media spaces.
